Life offers us many joys. We need to be able to share them and make the most of them while they last: this is my philosophy of life!
Thanks to my experience working on a variety of wine estates over the past few years and my training as an accountant, I have a genuinely excellence-driven, highly-conscientious approach to how I manage the estate.
Vines are living things which require constant attention right throughout the year.
Viticulture and organic approach : it’s possible !
I want to protect the natural environment that surrounds me here,which is why I embarked on the road to organic conversion of the estate back in 2010. The 2014 vintage has been the culmination of this initiative, since then all my wines have the Bio label and my estate is certified bio / organic.
In the future, it will be one of my proudest boasts to be able to say that I did everything in my power to make both the land and the way of life that I pass on to the next generation as healthy as possible.
You see, it is possible to combine wine-making and an organic approach!
I have always been possessed of a lively and ‘go-ahead’ character and you will see these very same personality traits come through in the wines I make at La Ganse.
These wines are musical and athletic at the same time, sparkling with energy and simply delicious!
